LAST TUESDAY, FBI AGENTS arrested 18-year-old American Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud in a public parking lot in Richfield, Minnesota. He had just handed an undercover FBI informant $600 in cash. In return, according to a federal complaint, he got a duffel bag filled with an AK-47 rifle, four 30-round magazines, and about 200 rounds of ammunition. The man Mohamud believed to be an ISIS facilitator worked for the FBI. The weapon he is accused of acquiring for a massacre came from the government too.
